Each time you conclude a transaction with a Service Provider, you earn Treoc Loyalty Points. The accumulated points are redeemable and do not carry an expiry date.

1. Loyalty Programme

All Members qualify for the Treoc Loyalty Programme. Loyalty Points are earned by using any of our TSPN service providers. Loyalty points have a varying monetary value depending on your current Treoc membership status. Loyalty Points can be redeemed to pay Service Providers or for cash (cash only once a minimum of 500 points is reached). Redeem your points during March, June, September and December.

2. Quality Service Providers

All Treoc Service Provider (TSPN) service providers have signed a service level agreement in which they agree to provide a service to Treoc Members that is above the industry norm and standard. TSPN has carefully selected and qualified various Service Providers. All TSPN Service Providers are familiar with the Treoc Way.

3. You have the say

As a Treoc Member using the Treoc Service Provider Network, you will have the opportunity to rate the various TSPN Service Providers. The rating is done in 3 categories.

  1. Service Level - Rate the service you received from the TSPN service provider.
  2. Communication - Rate the TSPN service provider on how quickly they responded to your contact request and how efficient the feedback was.
  3. Price - Was the TSPN service provider's quote or invoice market related?

Your ratings will determine whether the TSPN service provider will continue providing services to other Members or be removed from the Treoc Service Provider Network.
